神经甾体与基底前脑胆碱能系统 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪80年代初有研究发现,切除外周腺体后,脑内仍可检测到脱氢表雄酮等甾体物质的存在,因此,便提出“神经甾体”的概念,研究认为脑组织可不依赖外周腺体而合成甾体类物质,这个概念被后续大量的研究所论证。近年来的研究还发现,脊髓及周围神经系统中也存在甾体的合成,
