摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱系统,以Shim—pack VP—ODS150*4.6色谱柱进行。检测吡喹酮时,以甲醇:水(65:35,v/v)为流动相,扑米酮为内标物,紫外检测波长为215nm;伊维菌素的检测以甲醇:水(90:10,v/v)为流动相,紫外检测波长为245nm。在所测5-200μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系均良好,相关系数r分别为0.9988(吡喹酮)和0.9994(伊维菌素)。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic assay is described for determination of praziquantel and ivermectin in an injectable antiparasitic compound with the Shim-pack VP-ODS 150 * 4.6 column. For praziquantel, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water(65 : 35,v/v),primidone was used as internal standard and with ultraviolet detector at 215 nm. When ivermectin was detected, the mobile phase changed into a mixture of methanol-water(90 : 10, v/v), the wavelength was set at 215 nm with ultraviolet detector. Good linear relation was obtained within a range of 5 to 200 μg/mL, r= 0. 998 8(praziquantel)and 0. 999 4(ivermectin)respectively.
