RP-HPLC assay for praziquantel and ivermectin in an injectable antiparasitic compound

采用反相高效液相色谱系统，以Shim—pack VP—ODS150＊4．6色谱柱进行。检测吡喹酮时，以甲醇：水（65：35，v／v）为流动相，扑米酮为内标物，紫外检测波长为215nm；伊维菌素的检测以甲醇：水（90：10，v／v）为流动相，紫外检测波长为245nm。在所测5-200μg／mL浓度范围内线性关系均良好，相关系数r分别为0．9988（吡喹酮）和0．9994（伊维菌素）。

A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic assay is described for determination of praziquantel and ivermectin in an injectable antiparasitic compound with the Shim-pack VP-ODS 150 ＊ 4.6 column. For praziquantel, the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water（65 ： 35,v/v）,primidone was used as internal standard and with ultraviolet detector at 215 nm. When ivermectin was detected, the mobile phase changed into a mixture of methanol-water（90 ： 10, v/v）, the wavelength was set at 215 nm with ultraviolet detector. Good linear relation was obtained within a range of 5 to 200 μg/mL, r= 0. 998 8（praziquantel）and 0. 999 4（ivermectin）respectively.
