摘要
目的:优选砂烫骨碎补的炮制工艺。方法:以柚皮苷、总黄酮和煎出物含量等多指标评价全概率综合评分法优选砂烫骨碎补的炮制工艺,高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷含量,紫外法测定总黄酮含量。结果:砂烫骨碎补的最佳炮制工艺为210℃、加热炮制3min、用6倍量油砂。结论:该工艺炮制出的骨碎补质量好,工艺参数量化,可操作性强,为砂烫骨碎补炮制工艺规范化提供了可靠数据。
OBJECTIVE To select the optimum condition for processing Drynaria stir-frying with sand. METHODS The yields of naringin, the total flavonoids,decocting etc were used as the appraising(testing) index. Orthogonal test method was used to optimize processing technique of Drynaria stir-frying with sand. RESULTS The best processing conditions were stirfrying with 6 times sand, at 210℃ for 3 min. CONCLUSION The quality of Drynaria baking through the optimization technology is good. Its parameters of technology can be quantified, its manipuility is powerful. The standardization technology of Drynaria stir-frying with sand was provided.
