火焰原子吸收法测定可乐宝林片中锌的含量 被引量:2

Determination the content of zinc in KeLeBaoLin (clonidine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate) tablets by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立可乐宝林片中锌含量的测定方法。方法:供试品加盐酸超声处理,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果:该方法的线性、精密度、准确度等均良好,锌的线性良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.6%(RSD为1.17%)(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏度高、准确可靠,可作为可乐宝林片中锌的含量测定方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)method for determination of the con tent of zinc in KeLeBaoLin (clonidine hydrochloride and zinc gluconate) tablets. METHODS The sample was extracted under uhrasonication with hydrochloric acid(0. 5→100 mL). FAAS method was used to determine the content of zinc. RESULTS A good linearity of zinc was obtained(r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery of zinc was 97. 6 % (RSD 1.17% ) (n = 9). CONCLU- SION The metbod is simple,accurate and rapid,it can be used for quality control of zinc in KeLeBaoLin (clonidine hydroehloride and zinc gluconate) tablets.
