新型超宽带带通滤波器的综合与设计

摘要 在无线通信高速发展的今天,超宽带系统的研究具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的市场价值.论文主要对超宽带系统中的超宽带滤波器进行了深入的综合研究与设计,通过一种新型超宽带滤波器的综合方法来设计超宽带带通滤波器,并进行了实例仿真.设计的滤波器相对带宽超过110%,频带宽度在3.1~10.6 GHz之间.软件仿真和理论计算结果一致,并且实例仿真结果显示所设计的滤波器具有低插入损耗和较高的抑制度等优点. Today,with the rapid development of wireless communications,the ultra-wideband system has wide application prospect and huge market value.Here,a ultra-wideband filter of ultra-wideband system in an in-depth comprehensive was studied and designed.A novel ultra-wideband bandpass filter was composed by multistage of stepped impedance resonators(SIRs).Its fractional bandwidth was up to 110%.And the passband was from 3.1 to 10.6 GHz.There was a good agreement between the newly synthesis techniques and the software simulation.The results of simulation exhibited good characteristics of low insertion loss,good stopband as well.
