摘要
采用丁烯二醇、三氯氧磷合成丁烯二醇磷酰氯,将其与间硝基苯胺反应,制备得到一种新型磷氮类阻燃剂丁烯二醇磷酰氯缩间硝基苯胺(BPN),通过核磁、红外光谱、元素分析等手段对其结构进行了表征.以BPN为主阻燃剂,研究其对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,BPN对EPDM有一定的阻燃能力,与微胶囊红磷(MRP)、季戊四醇复配可有效提高橡胶复合材料的阻燃性能.并且,添加5份抗静电剂SN,可以有效降低材料的体积电阻.
The 2-butene-1,4-diol chlorophosphate was synthesized by the 2-butene-1,4-diol and phosphorus oxychloride.Then,the 2-butene-1,4-diol chlorophosphate reacted with m-nitroaniline and got an new type phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant 2-butene-1,4-diol chlorophosphate m-nitroaniline(BPN).The structures of BPN were confirmed by NMR,FTIR,element analysis.The effects of the BPN as the main flame retardant acting on ethylene propylene diene terpolymer(EPDM) were investigated for the flame retardant and mechanical properties.It was that BPN has a certain flame retardant function.The BPN cooperating with MRP,pentaerythritol enhanced the flame retardancy.Adding 5 phr anlistatig SN reduced effectively the bulk resistance of rubber composite.
