摘要
介绍了火箭发动机试验系统高压液氢截止阀的结构特点,及其材料选用、密封和绝热结构等技术问题的处理方法。针对其使用中出现阀杆与阀体之间咬合而无法动作的问题进行了全面的分析,并提出了解决方案。
A cut-off valve on rocket engine test system was presented in the paper.The key technologies in design such as structure features,material selections,seal and insulation are expounded.On account of adhibiting between rod and body,the valve function is invalidated.The analysis and resolvent are depicted in this paper.After the amelioration,the valve work performance is reliable.
