教师的身份究竟怎么样,为什么这样?这一直是个令人费解的问题。从历史的角度探寻教师身份的延续性、延续性中的非延续性以及非延续性所产生的危机,进而对变革和发展中的教师身份进行深层次的反思,以期唤醒对教师身份的记忆,在思想上重新赋予教师身份以生命。

Considering the problem of teachers＇ identity,we cannot refuse to answer the following two problems difficult to resolve： What＇s the teachers＇ identity？ And what factors result in the current teachers＇ identity？ This article aims to explore the continuity of teachers＇ identity,the non-continuity in continuity,and the crisis resulting from non-continuity from historical perspective.Furthermore,we reflect the teachers＇ identity in reform and development,in the hope of re-arouse the memory of teachers＇ identity,and restore the life of teachers＇ identity.
