论语文教师“读懂”与“善教”

摘要 目前语文教学质量不高,主要是课堂上教师照本宣科,肢解文本,扮演着"搬运工"的角色。对此,研究语文教师读懂文本与善教,对提高教师解读文本的能力,提高教师教的质量,就是当务之急了。对读懂文本与善教的内涵、意义、关系以及策略进行研究,指出语文教师要在读懂的基础上去寻求善教,力求达到教学效果的最优化。 At present,the quality of Chinese teaching is poor,and the reasons are complicated.There exist such problems as understanding text and how to teach,therefore it's urgent to solve the problems to enhance teachers' ability to understand the text and teaching quality.This article pointed out the content,meaning,relationships and strategy of understanding the text and being good at teaching,and that language teachers should try to be good at teaching based on understanding the text to achieve the best teaching effect.
