摘要
研试了锌合金压铸件镀前处理技术和镀层体系。通过实验，确定了阴极除油、混酸活化和无氰电镀工艺。结果表明：镀层与基体结合力良好，并通过１２０ｈ的中性盐雾试验。
In view of the character of zinc die castings, surface preparation of and coatings on the castings were studied. Cathodic electrocleaning process, activating solution of mixed acids and non cyanide plating process were provided. It is shown by the experimental results that good adhesion between coating and substrate can be obtained and the coating can pass 120 hours neutral salt solution spray test.
