口腔医院门诊用药分析

Analysis of the Drug Utilization in Outpatients in Stmomatological Hospital

目的：了解口腔医院门诊用药特点,为促进临床合理用药和加强门诊药房科学管理提供参考。方法：调查北京大学口腔医院2008年7月~2009月5月门诊用药数据,按用药种类、用药金额、用药频度（DDD s）及典型科室用药情况进行统计分析。结果：中成药用药金额占药品总金额的52.86%,略高于化学药,咽喉病用药金额居第1位（48.64%）,其次为抗微生物药（15.54%）、局部麻醉药（11.30%）、口腔专科用药（10.42%）和解热镇痛抗炎药（5.43%）。科室用药金额较高的是口腔黏膜科、急诊科和颌面外科。结论：用药分析揭示了口腔专科医院门诊用药特点,药物使用合理。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the characteristics of drug utilization in the outpatient department of stomatological hospital so as to provide references for rational drug use and scientific management of dispensary for outpatients.METHODS： The outpatient consumption data of drugs from July 2008 to May 2009 in Stomatological Hospital of Peking University were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and the drug utilization in some typical departments.RESULTS： The consumption sum of the Chinese Patent Medicines accounted for 52.86% of total,which was slightly higher than that of the chemical drugs.The drugs for throat disease took the lead in terms of consumption sum（48.64%）,followed by anti-microbial drugs（15.54%）,local anesthetics（11.30 %）,oral medicine（10.42%） and antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs（5.43%）.Oral Mucosa Department,Emergency Department and Dentofacial Surgery took the lead in terms of drug consumption sum.CONCLUSION： The analysis reveals the characteristics of drug use in outpatients of stomatological hospital,and the drug use is basically rational.
