我院外科抗菌药物应用情况调查分析

Review of the Utilization of Antimicrobials in Surgical Department of Our Hospital

目的：调查我院外科抗菌药物应用情况,评价我院外科住院患者应用抗菌药物的合理性,提高我院整体用药水平。方法：抽取我院2009年3月出院的外科病历798例,对其中应用抗菌药物、行手术治疗的病历共548份进行统计分析。结果：798份病历中546份病历在住院期间应用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率达68.42%。抗菌药物预防感染的使用率达99.51%,预防性应用抗菌药物时间：术前0.5~2 h应用占27.38%,术后应用占34.96%,术前应用占35.45%,术中应用占1.71%。结论：我院外科存在抗菌药物应用不合理现象,医院应加强管理,从而提高我院整体用药水平,保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。

OBJECTIVE： To review the utilization of antibiotics in surgical department of our hospital and evaluate its rationality so as to improve the entire drug use level.METHODS： The medical records of 798 surgical patients who discharged from our hospital on Mar.2009 were sampled,of which,548 cases that had been treated with antibiotics and surgery were subjected to a statistical analysis.RESULTS： Of the total 798 cases,546（68.42%） were treated with antimicrobials during hospitalization,and the ratio of preventive use of antibiotics reached 99.51%,In respect of the medication time,27.38% used antimicrobials at 0.5~2hours before operation;34.96% used antimicrobials postoperatively;35.45% did preoperatively versus 1.71% intraoperatively.CONCLUSION： Great attention should be paid to the irrational use of antibiotics in surgical department in our hospital.It is urgent for hospital to strengthen management on the use of antibiotics to improve the rational drug use level and ensure patents＇ safe,effective and economic drug use.
