临床药学人才培养合作教育模式的探索

Cooperative Education Model for Training Talents in Clinical Pharmacy

目的:探讨临床药学人才培养的合作教育模式。方法:结合对现阶段药学高等教育的分析,从构建与完善临床药学人才新的培养模式、进行相应教学体系的改革、强化合作教育师资队伍建设等方面的实践经验进行总结、分析。结果:进行了创新我国临床药学人才培养的具体实践工作,并为进一步开展临床药学教育与临床药师培养提出了建议。结论:初步形成了天津市临床药学人才培养的合作教育模式,正逐步建立与之相适应的临床药学人才培养体系。

OBJECTIVE： To explore a cooperative educational model for training talents in clinical pharmacy.METHODS： In view of the current situtiaon of the higher education of pharmacy,we summaried and analyzed our experiences in constructing and improving the new cultivation mode for clinical pharmacy talents,carrying out the corresponding teaching system reform,and strengthening the faculty construction in cooperative education etc.RESULTS： The innovation Chinese clinical pharmacy talents cultivation has been put into practice,meanwhile,we have pur forward advices for further developing clinical pharmacy education and clinical pharmacist cultivation.CONCLUSION： The cooperative educational pattern for training talents in clinical pharmacy in Tianjin has been established preliminarily,and the corresponding clinical pharmacy talent cultivation system is being built up.
