摘要
目的：通过对西医使用中成药不合理用药情况分析,以期得到大家的重视,使患者得以安全用药,合理用药。方法：依据《处方管理办法》并通过自2008年12月26日~2009年6月25日干部中药房24 840张处方评审总结出结果。结果：西医使用中成药不合理用药情况普遍而且较为严重。结论：为使患者能更加安全有效地使用中成药,应对西医进行必要的中医理论培训,使其对中医理论有所认识。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the irrational use of Chinese patent medicines in western medicine treatment in order to call for public attention so as to ensure patients safe and rational drug use.METHODS： A total of 24 840 prescriptions collected from the traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy for Cadres between Nov.26,2008 and Jun.25,2009 were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS： Irrational use of Chinese patent medicines in western medicine treatment was widespread and serious.CONCLUSION： To ensure safe and effective use of Chinese patent medicines,training among doctors involved in western medicine is of utmost importance so as to improve their knowledge on the theory of Chinese patent medicine.
