2003～2008年我院药物利用分析

Analysis of Drug Utilization in Our Hospital During the Period 2003～2008

目的:了解医院用药现状及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院药品销售信息进行统计分析。结果:2003～2008年药品销售金额逐年增长,且增长速度较快,平均年增长率48.69%,抗微生物药销售金额均居首位,药品销售金额前20位中抗微生物药、影响血液和循环系统用药占主要份额。中成药中注射剂的销售金额较高,其不良反应的监测要加强。结论:我院临床用药现状较好,但在抗微生物类、中枢神经系统用药的品种选择上仍有较为集中的表现,应进一步加强药品使用监督,确保临床用药经济、安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the current situation and developing trend of drug utilization in our hospital in order to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The drug consumption data in our hospital from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The drug consumption sum increased year after year from 2003 to 2008,with an annual growth rate of up to 48.69%. The consumption sum of antimicrobical agents dominated the first place over the 6 years. Antimicrobical agents,nervous system agents and cardiovascular system agents ranked among the lead of the top 20 drugs on the consumption sum list. The consumption sum of Chinese medicine injection agents was high,and monitoring on their ADRs should be intensified. CONCLUSION： The clinical drug utilization in our hospital is satisfactory,however,the use of antimicrobical agents and nervous system agents were on the higher side. It is imperative to tighten control on drug use to ensure economical,safe and effective drug use.
