2006～2008年我院局部用抗青光眼药利用分析

Utilization of Antiglaucoma Drugs in Our Hospitals During the Period 2006～2008

目的:了解我院局部用抗青光眼药的使用情况及用药趋势。方法:对我院2006～2008年的局部用抗青光眼药的销售金额、出库数量等进行统计、分析。结果:我院局部用抗青光眼药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。前列腺素衍生物在2007、2008年排在销售金额第1位,盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液在单品种出库数量排序中分列3年的第2位、第1位、第1位,进口药占主导地位。结论:我院局部用抗青光眼药以前列腺素衍生物、拟肾上腺素药、碳酸酐酶抑制剂、β受体阻断剂及拟胆碱药为主。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and development trend of the utilization of antiglaucoma drugs in our hospital. METHODS： Statistical analysis on the utilization of the local antiglaucoma drugs in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was conducted in respect of the consumption sum and consumption quantity etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of the local antiglaucoma drugs in our hospital increased year by year. Prostaglandin derivatives dominated the first place in annual consumption sum in 2007 and 2008. Carteolol hydrochloride eye drops ranked at the second,the first and the first place,respectively over the three years with regard to the consumption quantity of single-species. The imported drugs assumed a predominant place. CONCLUSION： Prostaglandin derivatives,adrenomimetic drugs,carbonic anhydrase inhibitors,β blockers,and cholinergic drugs were the dominant kinds used among all the local antiglaucoma drugs in our hospital.
