贞芪扶正胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Zhenqifuzheng Capsules for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨贞芪扶正胶囊联合化学药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将126例萎缩性胃炎患者按2∶1随机分为2组,治疗组采用贞芪扶正胶囊联合常规西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,对照组采用常规化学药治疗,疗程为6个月,观察治疗前后2组临床疗效及病理检查胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生和异型增生的变化。结果:治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比对胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生及异型增生的疗效均有显著性。结论:贞芪扶正胶囊联合化学药对慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效,而且对胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生和异型增生有逆转作用,提示中药有干预胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生和异型增生进程的作用。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhenqifuzheng Capsules plus western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis. METHODS： A total of 126 chronic atrophic gastritis cases were assigned to two groups in a ratio of 2：1 to be treated with routine western medicine alone （control group） or western medicine in combination with Zhenqifuzheng Capsules （trial group） for 6 months. The clinical efficacy,pathological findings of gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded. RESULTS： A better clinical efficacy was achieved for the trial group than for the control group （P〈0.05）;compared with the control group,improvements in gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the trial group showed significant differences. CONCLUSION： Zhenqifuzheng Capsules plus western medicine showed satisfactory clinical efficacy for chronic atrophic gastritis and reverse effect on gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,suggesting the intervention efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine on gastric mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.
