摘要
目的:总结本院的处方差错,使同行在管理处方质量时能从别人的错误中吸取教训,这是防止本机构处方差错发生的重要途径。方法:对我院2009年8月门诊药房处方依据《处方管理办法》、《医疗机构药事管理暂行规定》以及医院的有关管理规定进行评价。按错误处方差错原因进行分类、统计和分析。结果:8月份处方差错发生率为0.097%。处方主要差错为:处方用药剂量不当,18例,占21.43%;处方给药方式不当,17例,占20.24%。结论:处方差错管理对提高门诊处方质量和合理用药水平是非常必要的。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the prescription errors in our hospital so that the personnel of the same trade can draw a lesson from the errors in the management of prescription quality,and this is an important approach to prevent prescription errors in medical institutions. METHODS: The outpatient prescriptions in Aug. 2009 in our hospital were evaluated in accordance with the "Prescription Management Method","The Tentative Provision Regulations on Pharmaceutical Administration in Medical Institutions" as well as the related hospital administrative rules. A statistical analysis was conducted on the causes for the errors. RESULTS: The incidence rate of prescription errors in Aug. was 0.097%,and the errors manifested as inappropriate dosage (18 cases/ 21.43%) and improper administration mode (17 cases/ 20.24%). CONCLUSION: It is urgent to tighten management on prescription errors to enhance the quality of the outpatient prescriptions and promote rational drug use.
