低剂量利培酮和阿立哌唑维持治疗精神分裂症的疗效

Study on Efficacy of the Low Dose Rispridone and Aripiprazole in Schizophrenia

目的比较低剂量利培酮和阿立哌唑对精神分裂症维持治疗的疗效及复发。方法对出院后坚持使用低剂量利培酮和阿立哌唑维持治疗的精神分裂症病人进行疗效评定,并随访2年。结果低剂量利培酮和阿立哌唑对精神分裂症阴性症状的改善和社会功能的恢复均有效,安全性较好,且副反应亦轻微。结论低剂量利培酮和阿立哌唑维持治疗是改善精神分裂症阴性症状和预防复发比较理想的药物。

Objective To compare the efficacy and relapse which is produced by low dose risperidone and aripiprazole in the maintenance treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Making a two-year follow-up in the schizophrenia patients who insist on taking low dose risperidone and aripiprazole in the maintenance treatment after leaving hospital. Results In the treatment of schizophrenia,risperidone and aripiprazole both provided valuable treatment options in restraining the negative symptoms and recovering of the social functlon,with side effect. Conclusion Risperidone and aripiprazole are well worth recommending for the relatively ideal medicine to cure the schizophrenia in the maintenance treatment and prevent its relapse, especially for the negative symptoms restraining.
