无抽搐电休克治疗精神疾病的疗效观察

Investigate on Efficacy of Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy in Mental Disorders

目的总结无抽搐电休克治疗精神病的疗效和安全性。方法采用美国美可达公司思倍通治疗仪(SPECTRN),联合麻醉技术,对年龄15～74岁诊断为精神分裂症、抑郁症、躁狂症等279例患者进行无抽搐电休克治疗。靶症状主要有明显的幻觉、妄想、严重的冲动行为、自杀、自伤、木僵、拒食等症状。结果对靶症状的治疗有效率达72.4%以上,对抑郁症的有效率86%,精神分裂症的有效率66%。少数患者有一过性头痛、发烧和短暂的记忆障碍。结论无抽搐电休克治疗是一项安全有效的物理治疗。

Objective To summarize the efficacy and safety of modified electroconvulsive therapy（MECT） in treatment of mental disorders. Methods Using SPECTRN and anesthesia technology treat 279 of 15 -74 year-old patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, depression, mania, etc. With MECT. The target symptoms mainly include hallucination, delusion, severe impulsive beharior,suicide,self-injury,stupor,antifeedant,etc. Results The treatment efficiency of target symptoms has reached more than 72.4%,that of depression was 860%,that of schizophrenia was 66%. A small number of patients had one-of headache,fever and short-term memory impairment. Conclusion Modified electroeonvulsive therapy is a safe and effective physical therapy,especially for elderly patients.
