综合医院医护人员心理健康状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Mental Health Status of Clinical Staff in General Hospital

目的了解综合医院临床与非临床医护人员以及临床不同科室间医护人员的心理健康状况。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对306名临床医护人员和90名非临床医护人员,以及不同科室间医护人员进行调查,SDS和SAS总分分别比较;并对内、外、急诊科各组内性别、职称与焦虑、抑郁的发生率进行比较。结果临床组SAS分值与非临床组间比较无统计学差别(P>0.05),临床组SDS分值与非临床组间比较有统计学差别(P<0.05);临床各组之间SAS分值比较无统计学差别(P>0.05);急诊科组SDS分值与内科组和外科组比较有统计学差别(P<0.05);内科组与外科组之间SDS比较无统计学差别(P>0.05)。急诊科组内抑郁发生率,男性高于女性,医师高于护士;内科组内抑郁发生率,女性高于男性;外科组内焦虑、抑郁的发生率医师均高于护士。结论综合医院临床一线医护人员易出现以抑郁为主的心理障碍;不同科室、性别及职称的临床一线医护人员的心理健康状况有一定的独特性。尤其是临床医生存在明显的心理障碍,应引起社会的关注。

Objective To study the mental health status of clinical staff and non-clinical staff in general hospital. Methods A total of 306 clinical staff and 90 non-clinical staff were investigated by self-rating depressive scale （SDS） and serf-rating anxiety scale（SAS） to explore the incidence rate of depress and anxiety. Results There was no difference in SAS score between clinical staff and non-clinical staff（P〉0.05）. SDS score of clinical staff was higher than non-clinical staff. There was no difference in SAS scores among the clinical departments. SDS score of the clinical staff in emergency department was higher than internal medicine department and surgical department. There was no difference in SDS score between clinical staff in internal medicine department and surgical department. The incidence rate of depress in male was higher than female ,doctors higher than nurses in emergency department. The incidence rate of depress in female was higher than male in internal medicine department. The incidence rate of depress and anxiety of doctors were higher than nurses in surgical department. Conclusion There were some feature of mental health status of the clinical staff in general hospital,especially the clinical doctors which had mental disorder. We appealed that the manifest should be focused.
