摘要
目的探究积极及消极应付方式、自我效能感对抑郁情绪的作用影响。方法对209名广州地区的在读大学生施测简易应对方式问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、流调抑郁自评量表(CES-D)。结果1男女生在消极应付方式和自我效能感方面存在非常显著的差异(P<0.001)2自我效能感高者,采用积极应付方式越多,则消极应付方式越少;3应付方式是一个重要的中介变量,应付方式对抑郁情绪有显著的直接影响,同时自我效能感通过应付方式间接影响抑郁情绪。结论消极应付方式会加重抑郁情绪,降低自我效能感;自我效能感间接影响抑郁情绪状况。
Objective To study the effect, which negative coping style and general self-efficacy on the depression. Methods A total of 209 students were tested by simple coping styles questionnaire, GSES and CES--D. ResuLts ①There's obvious difference of negative coping style and general self-efficacy between different genders(P〈0. 001). ②The self-efficacy higher, the positive coping style be adopted more, the negative coping style be adopted less. Negative coping style can promote depression. Positive coping style can defend depression.③Coping style is an essential agency, coping style have directly effect on depression, at the same time, general self-efficacy has indirectly effect on depression through coping style, then construct a "General Self-efficacy-Coping Style--Depression" System. Conclusion Negative coping style can ascend depression, can descend general self-efficacy; general self-efficacy has indirectly effect on depression.
