农村留守儿童生活压力事件及心理健康状况调查分析 被引量:32

摘要 目的探讨农村留守儿童生活压力及心理健康状况。方法采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对初中211名留守儿童和223名非留守儿童进行问卷调查。结果留守儿童学习压力、受惩罚、丧失因子、人际关系状况、健康适应及心理压力总分大于非留守儿童,心理健康状况中学习焦虑、自责倾向和躯体症状3个因子分显著高于非留守儿童(P<0.05或P<0.01);留守儿童心理健康状况存在性别差异,男生优于女生。结论农村留守儿童面临更多的负性生活压力事件,心理健康状况较差。 Objective To explore living stress and the psychological health status of the children remaining in rural areas. Methods A total of 211 left-behind children and 233 non-left-behind children in junior high schools were questioned by using teenage life events scale (ASLEC) and psychological health tests (MHT). Results The scores of learning pressure,punishment,loss fac- tor,interpersonal relationship,health and mental pressure was higher in left-behind children than those in non-left-behind children. The three factor scores of study anxlety,self-aecusation and somatic symptoms were higher in left-behind children than those in non-left-behind childre(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Mental health status of left-behind children existed obvious sex difference,and the boys were superior to the girls. Conclusion The rural left-behind children face more negative life events and their mental health status was worse.
