某重点中学初一学生心理卫生状况调查

Investigation on Mental Health of Grade One Students of One Key Middle School Grade

目的了解本地区初一学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为学生心理保健提供依据。方法采用整群抽取顺德区某重点中学的491名初一的学生为调查对象进行调查,以不记名方式进行近1年内相关心理卫生状况的问卷调查。结果学生总体自杀意念报告率为9.78%(48人),考试失败或不理想困扰报告率为34.83%(171人),性问题困扰报告率为29.12%(143人),发现其心理健康状况和成绩满意度、与父母关系、特殊嗜好、父母之间关系以及学习压力、人际关系等近1年的生活事件有影响。结论中学生的心理卫生健康与多项因素有关,应加强对中学生的心理健康教育。

Objective To study the status of mental health and its relevant factors of grade 1 students of one key middle school, and to provide the basis for mental health care. Methods A total of 491 students from grade of one key middle school were studied by anonymous questionnaires about the status of mental health during one year. Results Investigation showed that the rate of students with suicidal ideas was 9.78% （48 persons）, the rate of students with test failure or-unsatisfactory puzzle problem was 34. 83% （171 persons） ,the rate of students with sexual problems was 29.12% （143 persons）. The investigation discovered that the affected factors of mental health included achievement satisfaction, relation with parents, special interest, relation between parents, leading role in family, pressure of study, interpersonal,etc. ,which happened during one year. Conclusion Mental health of middle school student is related to some factors,we should strengthen the mental health care.
