摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者中Survivin蛋白的表达和临床意义。方法选取手术切除的胃癌石蜡标本46例,用SP免疫组化法检测Survivin蛋白的表达,分析Survivin蛋白与胃癌组织的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及高危因素之间的关系。结果 Survivin蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为50.00%,其中低分化及未分化癌的阳性表达率高于高、中分化癌,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。黏液腺癌高于印戒细胞癌;食管-胃结合部癌高于胃体及胃窦部癌;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期阳性表达率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期;有淋巴结转移阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移者;有高危因素者阳性表达率高于无高危因素者,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Survivn表达高低与胃癌病理特点具有相关性,其高表达对于预后分析有重要指导意义。
Objective To detect the expression of the Survivin in gastric cancer cell, approaching Survivin rank and role in prognosis. Methods The expression of Survivin in 46 pations with gastric cancer was examined by SP immunohistochemistry methods. Results The positive rate of Survivin was 50.00% in gastric canc er. The expression of Survivin in poorly-differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma was higher than that in well and moderately differentiated carcinoma. Yet there was no statistical significance in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The expression of Survivin in the mucinous adeno carcinoma was higher than that in the signet-ring cell carcinoma. The expression of Survivin in the carcinoma of gastric cardia was higher than that in the corpus ventriculi and sinus ventriculi. The expression of Survivin in Ⅲand IVgrade was higher than that in Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade （6/17,35.29%）. The expression of Survivin in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group. The expression of Survivin in to have high risk infects was higher than that in not to have high risk infects. There was statistical significance in these four groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Survivin homoexpression was one of the index of poorprognosis.
