摘要
本文从企业社会责任的新理念视角分析了珠三角民工荒的深层次原因。珠三角劳动密集型企业要想长远地改变"民工荒",就要从企业社会责任的新理念视角去思考,从企业自身做起,把工人真正作为企业的相关利益人来看待,不仅要提高民工的待遇,而且要提高企业的管理水平和产品的技术含量,在产业升级的大背景下,用感情和文化来留住员工,让员工有家的感觉,有归属感。
The article analyses the reason of PRD migrant workers’ shortage from corporate social responsibility perspective. The bosses of PRD labor-intensive enterprises want to change the shortage of migrant workers, must start from the enterprises themselves, treat the workers as a real business stakeholder, not only improve the wage of migrant workers, but also improve the management level of enterprises and products’ technology, retain employees with feelings and culture and let them have a home feeling, a sense of belonging.
