摘要
发展低碳经济实质上就是对现代经济运行与发展进行一场深刻的能源经济革命。本文在阐述深圳发展低碳经济必要性和重要性基础上,分析了深圳发展低碳经济的基本条件以及制约因素,最后提出相关的政策建议。
Developing the low-carbon economy is a deep energy economy revolution to today’s economical operation and developing in essence. This paper analyses the basic condition and restrict factors of develop low-carbon economy in Shenzhen based on stating essence and importance for developing, finally suggests correlative policy suggestion.
