江苏沿海港口发展现状分析及对策研究

江苏沿海港口建设与发展是沿海开发的重要组成部分,目前沿海港口发展比较落后,文章对发展落后的原因进行了详细分析,提出了加快沿海港口发展的对策,即:制定发展规划、加快港口基础设施和物流体系建设、制定港口建设的优惠政策、坚持发展保护建设并重、引进港口经营管理人才等对策。

The Development and construction of Jiangsu coastal ports is an integral component of the costal development, while presently the development of coastal ports is relatively backward. This paper conducts a detailed analysis on the reasons behind, proposes its countermeasures to accelerate the port development, i.e., formulating the port’s development plan, speeding up the infrastructure construction and logistics system, making the preferential policies, sticking to equal stresses on the development and protection, attracting the management talents, etc.
