基于集群视角的产业结构调整与优化——以江苏为例

Industry structure adjustment and optimization basing on gathering angle——take Jiangshu as example

在金融危机的压力下,通过产业结构调整与优化提升经济可持续发展能力显得日益迫切。产业集群作为一种有效的生产组织形式,在结构调整优化的过程中将起到重要作用。本文以江苏为例,分析了产业发展中存在的问题,并从实践的角度对全省产业集群的类型作了归纳,即乡镇企业在市场经济下转型升级基础上形成的产业集群、依托中心城市和产业基础的双轮驱动动型产业集群和由市场与政府共同推动下的跨区域产业集群。本文结合案例分析,对通过产业集群转型升级促进产业结构调整与优化提出了建议。

With the pressure of financial crisis, industrial structure adjustment and upgrading become necessary to keep sustainable development. As an effective form of production organization, industrial clusters play an important role in the process. With the case of Jiangsu, the paper analyses the problems in industrial development, and gives 3 types of industrial clusters in the province. They are the clusters of being based on village-township enterprises, based on h double drive with central cities and the industry and based on market with the joint efforts of the inter-regional industrial clusters. This paper gives suggestion on transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters to promote industrial restructuring and optimization.
