摘要
本文结合跨国公司投资战略选择的理论,具体分析了我国加入世贸前后跨国汽车公司来华投资的战略演变:加入世贸以前跨国汽车公司进入中国轿车市场的投资战略以市场导向为主,利润导向战略为辅;加入世贸以后跨国汽车公司开始从总体战略目标出发选择进入中国市场的方式,在中国进行战略导向型投资。上述两个阶段跨国汽车公司在华投资对于中国轿车工业的影响既有利又有弊,总的来看加入世贸以后跨国汽车公司来华投资对中国轿车工业不利影响要大于有利影响。
Firstly, this paper reviews the past study of the Multinational Motorcar Corporations’ investment stratagem choice. Based on these theories, we concretely analyze the factors that affect the Multinational Motorcar Corporations’ investment stratagem evolvement and then respectively summarize the main characters and the influence on Chinese saloon car market of this evolvement before and after China’s entry in WTO. In the end, we involve the countermeasure advice for the domestic saloon car corporations and the conclusion of this thesis.
