摘要
本文首先分析了我国企业人力资源开发与管理的发展状况,人力资源的开发和利用是推动经济增长的基本要素,主要体现在:人力资源本将是21世纪经济发展的"第一资本";人力资源开发能促进劳动生产率和科学技术水平的提高;人力资源开发的成功与否直接影响到社会的可持续发展,最终提出解决的方案。
This paper first analyzes corporate human resources development and management in China. human resources development and utilization are the basic elements of economic growth, which is mainly reflected in the following: Human Resources will be the "First Capital" of economic development in the 21st century; human resources development can promote labor productivity and raise the level of science and technology; the success of human resources development has direct impact on sustainabity of society development and eventually proposal solutions.
