电子物证在我国的发展已有十余年时间,并取得了显著的成绩。但随着我国政治、经济、文化形式的不断变化,信息技术的扩展应用,电子物证也碰到了许多新的难题。本文:首先,对新形势下的电子物证进行了深入分析,以便对此获得一个清醒的认识;其次,根据调研情况,结合实际,对电子物证现在的发展状况及现存问题进行了比较全面的总结,从法律和技术两方面分别进行了阐述;最后,根据最新的政策动向和技术进步,对电子物证未来的发展方向进行了展望。

Digital forensics in China has more tha ten years of development time, and achieved remarkabl results. However, as China＇s political, economic, an cultural forms are constantly improving, with the ex pansion of the application of information technology digital forensics has also encountered many new prob lems. In this paper, under the in -depth analysis o digital forensics in new condition, we achieve a clea understanding firstly; according to surveys, in ligh of reality, we have a comprehensive summary of the de velopment of digital forensics and the existing is sues; finally, according to the latest policy’s trend and technological advances, forecast the future devel opment of digital forensics.
