摘要
介绍了注塑机合模机构计算机辅助设计方法。以开锁模行程之比和曲柄摇杆长度之和两目标函数建立综合优化设计模型来求出机构的参数尺寸,然后,通过对机构进行运动特性和自锁特性分析,得出注塑机合模活塞的两极限工作位置。本系统为绘制机构零件提供了机械CAD参数化图库管理系统的参数数据。
A CAD method for the clamping mechanism of injection moulding machine was described in this paper. Firstly,the parametric dimensions of this mechanism shall be calculated according to a comprehensive optimum design model, which is established by two object functions, namely the ratio of die opening and closing travels and the sum of crankshaft length and rocker length. Then the two limit positions of the clamping piston of the injection moulding machine shall be obtained through analyzing the kinetic and self-locking characteristics of this mechanism. This system may provide the data of the mechanical CAD parametric graphic management system for drawing mechanical parts of the mechanism.
