The paper discusses the construction of medical information resources based on network and digital environment. It points out that we should take network survey so as to ascertain the resource types, analyze information demands of users including grasping the professional demands of users accurately, locating the demands level of users, researching characteristic collections comprehensively, etc. We should also build a modem medical information park so as to satisfy information demands of users.
