摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是一种具有气流受限特征的疾病，目前抗胆碱能支气管扩张剂是主要治疗COPD的药物之一。本文将近年来抗胆碱能药物治疗COPD的研究现状及新进展作一综述。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） is defined as a preventable disease state characterized by airflow limitation that is partially reversible. Anticholinergic bronchodilator is one of the foundation of treatment of COPD. The present review aims at the update on the role of novel anticholinergic bronchodilator in the management of COPD.
