Reflection on the Law Philosophy of Legal Language

从法律的视野,以法哲学的思维方式,从"法律语言的理论基础"、"法律语言与法律的交融关系"、"法律语言的思维向度"三个方面,探讨法律语言与法律的关系、法律语言的本质属性、法律语言的思维模式。认为,法律语言不仅仅是语言的问题,而是法律的语言问题。

From the perspective of law and three aspects including the theoretic basis of legal language,the fusion between legal language and law,and thinking dimension of legal language,this paper discusses about the relationship between legal language and law,the nature of legal language,and the thinking mode of legal language.It argues that legal language is not just a matter of language but legal matter of language.
