中国改革开放30年来,从“科学技术是第一生产力”到“人力资源是第一资源”,从“尊重知识、尊重人才”到科学人才观,从实施“科教兴国战略”到“人才强国战略”,经历了历史性的演变进程。伴随中国经济的发展壮大,人力资源行业的成长可表现为四个阶段。
