摘要
针对小型湿式脱硫工程的投资规模、技术特点、运行灵活性等各类特征,分别探讨了烟气系统、吸收塔系统,脱硫浆液制备系统,石膏脱水系统,废水处理系统等简化设计方式。通过实际工程运用表明:各类设计简化方式均可在一定条件下予以运用及推广。
This article,in view of characteristics of small wet desulphurization project such as investment scale,technical characteristic,operation flexibility and so on,discussed separately each kind of design simplification way of the gas system,the absorption tower system,desulphurizer preparation system,the gypsum dehydration system and the waste water disposal system.The actual project utilization experience shows that each kind of design simplification way can give the bold utilization and the promotion under the controlled conditions.
