摘要
通过戈兰滩水电站机组自用电系统断路器控制电源设计思路的介绍和现场调试,为其它电站机组自用电控制电源系统采用交流供电模式设计提供一种参考。该系统设备安装完毕,在进行二次回路查线时,发现原设计进线断路器控制回路的操作电源原理存在问题:进线电源正常时,断路器可以分合闸操作,如果进线电源故障,操作回路就永久性失电,造成断路器拒动;现场对断路器控制电源进行了合理改进和统一接线,可靠保证操作回路永久不失电,从而避免了原设计那样出现进线失电,开关拒动情况发生。经过现场改进的控制回路更为简单可靠,系统调试结束后很好地满足了机组运行要求。
By introduction and field debugging of Gelantan hydropower station unit service power supply control system, this paper provides a reference for AC power supply model design of other hydropower station. When the system installation is completed, during the secondary loop line checks, it finds that the original design's input line circuit breaker control loop's operation have problems on power principles. That is when the input line power is normal, the circuit breaker can be on and off, but if the input line power is bad, the operation loop is on a permanent loss of electricity which will cause the circuit breaker's failure. This paper makes some reasonable improvements and unity connection on circuit breaker control power to guarantee the operation loop is on power all the time, thus avoid the preliminary design's situation that input line's power-off will cause the switch's failure. The improved control loop is simpler and more reliable. After system debugging, it meets the unit's operational requirements very well.
