摘要
介绍了500kV罐式断路器本体发生绝缘击穿时,因线路保护与母线保护使用的电流互感器绕组未交叉,存在保护死区,导致主保护拒动的事故。通过对运行中500kV系统保护用电流互感器接线的检查,发现造成保护死区主要有设计和安装两方面的原因,并分别针这两方面的原因提出了保护用电流互感器绕组的设计和安装及调试的要求,同时对实际系统中存在的保护死区提出了反事故措施方案,为今后继电保护用电流互感器绕组的设计、制造及安装调试工作提供了借鉴。
The accident is presented that main protections colud not trip to clear the fault in 500 kV tank circuit breaker because current transformer coils used by line protections and bus protections did not connect across each other. The main reasons that caused protection dead zone are found after all the current transformer coils used by the protections are exminated. They were designing fault and assembling fault. So this paper presents how to design and assemble current transformer coils for adjacent protections against dead zone in high voltage power system. And also countermeasures against dead zone in operating system are presented. These can be considered in designing, manufacturing and assembling in future.
