摘要
设计和建立了一套超临界萃取试验装置，实现了用超临界CO2萃取花生油的实验，着重研究了夹带剂、萃取压力、萃取时间和花生仁粒度对萃取率的影响，并对萑取所得的油进行了分析和比较。
An apparatus for supercritical extraction was established in which peanut oil was extracted formpeanut with supererihcal CO2. The influence of entrainer, press, time and she of Peanutdeon the extlaCtion yield of peanut oil were inveshgated. The extlacted Peanut oil was analnd and corn with salad oil.
