摘要
通过对湖北黄石部分私立幼儿园园长和教师的访谈发现，目前私立幼儿园存在财政支持缺乏、教师队伍不稳定等发展困境。走出上述发展困境的对策是：政府引导与支持私立幼儿园发展；不断稳定其教师队伍，提升教师素质；私立幼儿园彰显自身的特色，发挥自身的教育优势等。
Interviews with the managers and teachers of some private kindergartens in Huangshi of Hubei Province revealed that private kindergartens are in a developing plight troubled by lack of financial support and instability of the teaching team. The outlet lies in government＇s guidance and support, stabilization of teaching team, promotion of teacher qualifications, developing special features and exerting their own advantages.
