高校教师工作绩效的组织动因 被引量:4

摘要 通过量表和问卷对湖南省5所省属高校263名高校教师工作绩效与组织内有关因素进行施测,采用结构方程模型等统计方法,探讨高校教师工作绩效及其组织动因。结果表明:一是高校教师工作绩效和关系绩效在人口学变量上的主效应差异不显著,而存在工龄与职务的交互作用,高校教师任务绩效存在性别差异;二是组织支持感通过感情承诺间接影响关系绩效,通过规范承诺间接影响任务绩效;三是感情承诺主要影响关系绩效,规范承诺既影响关系绩效又影响任务绩效;四是关系绩效影响高校教师任务绩效。
