非甾体类抗炎药物与食管、大肠癌的预防 被引量：2

摘要 近年来的研究表明,阿斯匹林及其它非甾体类抗炎药(NSAID)可以降低大肠癌的发生或进展,对于食管癌亦有一定作用。1977年 Bennett 等注意到大肠癌组织中的前列腺素(PG)含量较正常大肠粘膜增高;一定药物活性浓度的NSAID 由于抑制了环氧化酶 COX-1,则阻断了 PG 合成。此后,研究人员很快就报道了 NSAID 对啮齿类动物化学性诱癌作用的预防效果。NSAID类包括 Aspirin(阿斯匹林)、In-
