摘要
Library2.0环境下信息服务工作的发展方向是实现信息服务个性化,读者的迫切需求是实现服务个性化的内在动力,信息技术的高速发展是实现服务个性化的外在条件。通过内容管理、用户界面、信息检索、信息过滤的个性化等途径来实现信息服务的个性化,同时,采取建立读者信息档案、加强虚拟馆藏建设以及培养专门的技术人才等措施来保障图书馆信息服务个性化的实现。
The development tendency of Library2.0 environment information service is the realization of personalized information services. Readers' pressing demand is the intrinsic motivation to achieve personalized services, and rapid development of information technology is external conditions to achieve personalized information services. The personalized information services can be achieved through personalization of content, interface personalization, personalization in IR and IF. In the meantime, some measures can be taken to ensure the realization of the information service personalization, such as establishing reader information files, strengthening the building of virtual library collections and developing specialized technical personnel etc.
