浙江省电子政府公共服务研究

Research on E-Government Public Service of Zhejiang Province

作为信息化水平较高的区域之一,浙江电子政府公共服务的实践对全国具有样板和借鉴作用。鉴于此,立足浙江实际,以具体数据较详细评测浙江省电子政府公共服务水平,即基本处于双向互动阶段。围绕过程集成机制、信息共享机制和混合机制三方面,采取理论、实际结合论述代表性城市的电子政府公共服务的运行机制,并提出进一步发展的对策:优化公共服务、加强资源整合、引入绩效评估、发展电子民主。

As one of the high level informationization regions, Zhejiang e - government＇s public service provides a model and reference in the whole country. In the view of this, based on the reality in Zhejiang province, the paper evaluates the level of e - government public service with specific data in detail, which is basically at the stage of bidirectional interaction. Focus on process integration mechanism, information sharing mechanism and mixing mechanism, this paper analyzes the running mechanism of e - government public service of some representative cities with the combination of theory and actual. And it puts forward the further development mizing public service, strengthening resource integration, introducing performance evaluation and developing electronic democracy.
