摘要
结合取向硅钢的传统生产工艺,介绍其生产工艺研究的最新进展,重点介绍了薄板坯连铸连轧生产取向硅钢、异步轧制生产取向硅钢、双取向硅钢生产工艺、磁场退火生产取向硅钢和无抑制剂生产取向硅钢5种取向硅钢生产新工艺。这些新工艺均可在一定程度上提高取向硅钢的性能,有的已进入工业化实践阶段,有的已在实验室取得长足进步。
The new research progress of the grain-oriented silicon steel production process is summarized in this paper, combining with the traditional production process. Five new grain-oriented silicon steel production processes are mainly introduced, including thin slab casting and rolling, cross shear rolling, doubly oriented silicon steel, magnetic field annealing and grain-oriented silicon steel produced by inhibitorless process. All these new processes can improve the performance of the grain-oriented silicon steel to a certain extent. Some of these new processes have achieved industrial practice, while the others have made great experiment progress.
