摘要
针对唐口煤矿地质条件复杂、涌水量较大等特点,提出了采用单液水泥浆和黏土水泥浆等2种浆液对主井井筒进行地面预注浆。注浆工程竣工后,开挖施工井筒,对整个注浆段剩余涌水量进行实测统计发现:井筒剩余涌水量不足2m3/h,平均堵水率为96.9%,注浆堵水效果显著。
According to the complicated geological conditions and high mine water inrush and other features of Tangkou Mine, a single ce- ment grout and a cement and clay grout were provided for the surface pre-grouting of the mine main shaft. When the grouting operation completed, the excavation and sinking operation was conducted for the mine shaft. A site measurement on the residual water inrush in the full grouted section was conducted and it was found that the residual water value in the mine shaft was not over 2 m3/h and the average wa- ter sealing rate was about 96. 9%. Therefore the grouting water sealing results was obvious.
