高挥发分1/3焦煤参与配煤炼焦试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 将黏结指数70~75的蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤及田庄矿1/3焦煤进行了工业指标、煤岩组分及单种煤成焦显微结构分析。结果表明:蒋庄矿1/3焦煤变质程度低、挥发分高,成焦显微结构含有大量的各向同性结构,其煤质显示气煤特征。利用蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤参与配煤炼焦,并对配煤质量和焦炭结构性能进行了研究比较。研究表明,蒋庄矿1/3焦煤与黄陵气煤对焦炭质量的影响较一致,当其配比较低时,焦炭质量较优,但当其配比按常规1/3焦煤比例配用时,焦炭质量劣化明显,进一步表明蒋庄矿1/3焦煤按气煤配用更为合理。 The 1/3 coking coal and gas coal from Jiangzhuang Mine as well as the 1/3 coking coal (caking index ranging from 70 - 75 ), from Tianzhuang Mine were applied to the micro structural analysis on the industrial index, coal and rock components and signal coal co- king. The analysis showed that the 1/3 coking coal from Jiangzhuang Mine had a low metamorphism degree; high volatile matter, coke misconstrue with lot different isotropic structure. The coal quality had the gas coal features. The 1/3 coking coal and gas coal were be ap- plied with the blending coal for eoking. A study and comparison was conducted on the blending coal quality and the coke structure per- formanee. The results showed that the 1/3 eoking coal and gas coal from Jiangzhuang Mine would have the same affected to the coke quali- ty. When the blending coal percentage low, the coke quality would be better. When the blending percentage based on the conventional blending percentage with 1/3 coking coal, the coke quality would get worse obviously. Thus the 1/3 coking coal based on the gas coal blended would be more rational.
