摘要
总结了如何对护士长绩效考核指标体系进行构建和评价,即在遵循绩效考核原则的前提下,结合医院绩效考核本身的特点,充分考虑医院的实际情况,综合各方面的因素,采用关键事件技术,以工作分析为基础,运用以行为为导向的绩效考核方法提请专家咨询、进行问卷调查和统计分析以确定各层级指标,建立适应本院实际情况及护士长发展需要的护士长绩效考核指标体系。
The paper bases on the principle of performance evaluation, researches the performance evaluation system of chief nurse integrating specialty and practicality in hospital, employs the critical incident technique,job analysis, performance evaluation method of behavior oriented, introduces expert consultation, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to confirm indexes of layers,establishes the index system of performance evaluation for chief nurse,which is suitable for the hospital actuality and development needs of chief nurse.
